Overview
Listed as the nation's 10th largest food service equipment distributor, PrimeSource FoodService Equipment specializes in servicing quick-service-restaurant (QSR) chains and multi-unit operators. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, PrimeSource houses its inventory in a state-of-the-art facility located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

PrimeSource FSE has been minority-owned and operated since March 2001. In June 2004, we became a certified MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) and one of the largest woman-owned companies in the United States .

With experienced project managers, PrimeSource FSE facilitates project management of new stores for QSR chains and multi-unit operators. We assist existing operators by providing replacement sales, program rollout strategies, store remodels and conversions. Our product lines include heavy / light equipment, seating & decor, construction items, smallwares, signage & awnings, office furniture & supplies, fabricated products, replacement parts and much more.

History
PrimeSource FSE began as Bell Food Systems, Inc. and Franchise Service, Inc., which merged in 1986 to create PepsiCo Food Systems (PFS). PFS was a division of PepsiCo., Inc. which was created to support the KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurant chains worldwide, as a full service distributor. PFS gained great respect throughout the industry and was ranked America's number one quick service equipment distributor. In 1997, PFS was acquired by AmeriServe and redesigned to become part of an expanding distribution system to reach beyond the existing three restaurant chains. In 2000, the equipment division emerged as a stand-alone business and was renamed PrimeSource FoodService Equipment, Inc.

The PrimeSource Board of Directors appointed Fritzi' Woods as President & CEO of PrimeSource FSE in June 2003. Fritzi' is a proven business leader, achieving success in every role through her extensive background in finance and operations. She led the sales and marketing team for Dallas-based Belo Corporation's largest operating unit, The Dallas Morning News. Fritzi' led the effective turnaround in increasing market share at The Dallas Morning News in addition to serving as their Chief Financial Officer prior to taking on sales and marketing. Before Belo, she successfully led numerous teams for the semiconductor division of Motorola, serving in numerous operational and financial management capacities. Fritzi' developed her strong finance background through her vast audit experience, leading numerous internal and public accounting teams, including serving as Vice President of Internal Audit reporting to the Board of Directors.
