Return Policy
All merchandise returns must be pre-approved by PrimeSource FSE. Contact our Customer Service Support team at 1-800-737-8567, option 2 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to arrange for pick-up of the return merchandise. Our Customer Service team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Time to assist you. PrimeSource must be notified of any returns, discrepancies, or disputes within 30 days from the invoice date for consideration. If this merchandise was purchased as part of a new store package, you have 90 days from the invoice date to notify PrimeSource of any returns. After a Return Authorization has been obtained, the item(s) must be returned within 30 days or your authorization will be canceled. We will only accept return merchandise that is:
- Complete, unused and in new, sellable condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Returned with RMA number prominently displayed on outside of carton
- Authorized by the manufacturer (Direct-ship items only)
Custom and special order items are non-returnable and will not be credited. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will issue credit within 45 days. A 20% restocking fee and return freight cost may be deducted from the credit. Unauthorized returns may not be issued credit and will be returned to the shipper Freight Collect at PrimeSource’s discretion. For more information, Contact Us. |
