No Hassles
Freight charges are estimated automatically when the order is placed. So, if the need arises and you need your replacement order expedited to you, we can easily and immediately let you know what the freight cost difference would be.

Peace of Mind
PrimeSource customers never have to worry about lost or damaged shipments. We only use carriers with solid service level performance and the lowest freight claim ratios for foodservice equipment. In addition, when orders are routed and managed by our transportation department, we will process all freight claims for you. For instructions on receiving product and, where necessary, filing freight claims, please refer to our Receiving Instructions.

Shipment Schedules

• Next-day and second-day air orders received by 6:00 p.m. EST will ship the same day (under 150 pounds).
• Air-freight orders received by 4:00 p.m. EST will ship the same day (over 150 pounds).
• All other orders will be shipped no later than 48 hours after order receipt.
