Warranty Support
Equipment warranty coverage is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. PrimeSource does not warrant or guarantee any products. If any of your equipment is defective in material or workmanship and you feel it should be covered by warranty, please call PrimeSource at (800) 737-8567 for information on where to get service.
- Any attempt to service the equipment through unauthorized service agencies may result in voiding the warranty.
- Some manufacturers may require the return of defective parts to honor the equipment warranty. Do not dispose of any defective parts unless you are specifically instructed by the manufacturer or PrimeSource to do so. In some cases where a replacement part is sent prior to return of the defective part, you will be invoiced for the replacement and credited upon return of the defective part.
When reporting equipment problems, be prepared to supply the following information:
- Type of equipment
- Manufacturer and model number
- Serial number
- Date received or installed
- Detailed description of the problem
